DR FEYISAYO SOYEWO: PHD, FCIB, FNIM, FinstD, FCCM, MFR
(CEO)
He studied Business Administration at the University of Lagos and he is also an alumnus of
Lagos Business School. He started his insurance career at the then Guardian Royal Exchange Assurance Company Limited in 1975. Prince Soyewo received several specialist trainings in insurance & management and also attended several courses and seminars both in Nigeria and abroad. He established Sammy-Sun & Co. Insurance Consultants (1981) and later Prestige Insurance Brokers Ltd. in 1988. For upwards of four decades now, Dr. Soyewo has been very much actively involved
in the Nigerian Insurance affairs. He is a past president of The Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (the regulatory body for all registered insurance brokers) and currently chairman , African Insurance Brokers Association(AIBA). He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IOD) and Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He received in June 2006, Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Administration of the Emmanuel University, North Carolina, USA. He has delivered papers at several insurance and management seminars and workshops. He is the Author of a book: Insurance Broking in Nigeria, the first authoritative book on insurance broking by a Nigeria Insurance Practitioner. He is a recipient of the National Honours Award of MFR in 2011. He is happily married and blessed with children and grandchildren.

He studied Insurance at the West London Polytechnic and obtained the Associateship of the
Chartered Insurance institute of London (ACII) in April 1966. He also studied Law at the
Inns of Court Middle Temple and was called to the English Bar in 1966 with distinction in
Elements of Insurance. He returned to Nigeria in 1966 and attended the Nigerian Law School
and was called to the Nigerian Bar in August 1967. He worked briefly with the Ministry of
Justice and rose to the position of Asst. Director of Public Prosecution.
He was appointed Director/Legal Adviser by the defunct Triumph Assurance Company Ltd.
He joined the services of Prestige Insurance Brokers Ltd in 2011 as Director/Legal Adviser.

MR. J. O. AYENI: MBA, FCII, FCIIN
(EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
Mr. John Omotosho Ayeni is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Lagos State University and Associateship of the Chartered
Insurance Institutes of London (1984). He was elected Fellow of the same body in 1993 and
was conferred with chartered insurer status same year. Mr. Ayeni commenced his insurance career in 1974 at the Great Nigeria Insurance Co. Ltd. He worked briefly with Femi Johnson & Co
(Insurance Brokers), Amicable Assurance Co. Ltd before joining Guinea Insurance Plc. Where
he rose to become a senior manager. He was later appointed General Manager/CEO of Executive
Insurance Company Limited before joining Prestige Insurance Brokers Limited in 2006. He has received specialist training in oil & gas Insurance and has been actively involved in Special Risks for over two decades.

MR. LAWRENCE ABIOYE OJO: MBA, AIIN, ACIB
(GENERAL MANAGER)
Lawrence Ojo is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, as well as the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB). He is also an Associate Member of the Certified Pensions Institute and he holds a masters degree in Business Administration from
Ladoke Akintola University. Lawrence is a versatile player in the insurance industry and had a stint in all the key sectors of the insurance industry - Broking, Marketing and Underwriting.
His insurance career started in 1989 at Guinea Insurance Plc as a Life Consultant and later was redeployed to the Underwriting Department. He also worked in other companies in various capacities.
The companies include: Datum Insurance Brokers, Oriwu Insurance Brokers, Prudential Union Assurance Company, Unity Life & Fire Insurance Plc and Trans African Insurance Brokers where he was General Manager /CEO before joining Prestige Insurance Brokers Ltd. He has also attended specialist courses in Aviation, oil and Energy insurance.

MR. ALABA K. ADEKOYA: BA (HONS) AIIN(In view)
(MANAGER, ABUJA)
He obtained Teacher’s (Grade ll) Certificate from Muslim Teachers’ College, Oru
in 1983, Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) from Tai Solarin College of Education,
Ijebu-Ode in 1990 and Bachelor of Arts (Education) from Olabisi Onabanjo University,
Ago-Iwoye in 2002. He also looks forward to obtain the Associateship of the Chartered
Insurance Institute of Nigeria as well as his Master’s Degree in Personnel Psychology.
He started his Insurance Career in 1991 at Leadway Ass. Co. Ltd. He later moved to
Cornerstone Insurance Plc and rose to Asst. Manager (Services and Institution) before
leaving in 2007. Mr. Adekoya has received specialist trainings in diverse areas of Insurance.
He joined the services of Prestige Insurance Brokers Ltd in 2011.

MS OLUBUNMI T. BADEJO - LLB, BL

She holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye
(2002) and was called to the Bar in 2003. She joined the services of Prestige
Insurance Brokers Limited in June 2003 and presently acts as Company Secretary.

Blessing Uzodike holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Co-operative Economics and
Management (2001) of the Institute of Management & Technology (IMT) Enugu. She also holds a masters degree (MBA) in Management from Ladoke Akintola University of
Technology Ogbomosho (LAUTECH) and she is an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). She joined the services of Prestige Insurance Brokers Ltd in April 2006
and has received specialist training in various aspect of insurance practice.

He studied Business Administration at the Olabisi Onabanjo University and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in 2007. He was the University’s Liaison
Officer for about three years before joining Prestige Insurance Brokers Ltd in February 2010. He has received extensive
training and now mans our Abeokuta Branch Office as the Branch Manager.

She holds Certificate in Application packages from the Lagos City Computer College
(1994), National Diploma in Financial Studies from Osun State College of Technology,
Esa-Oke (1999) and Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finance from the same
institution (2002). She joined the services of Prestige Insurance Brokers Ltd in February
2005. She has received extensive training in Information Technology and Computer
System Operations.
